It all started when…

I was lost in the midst of juggling between two jobs while pursuing my Masters degree. I was burnout to a point where depressive symptoms started showing up. Hence, I started to tune inwards to myself, and was on a self-care and self-discovery journey ever since.

It’s been two year since the journey begun. Embarking on this journey was the best thing I’ve ever done. By taking this step forward, I was able to have more compassion towards myself, and that’s when I realise I was rising. I want to help you do the same.

So…. Who am I?

Hi everyone! My name is Minnie, Founder of MINC.Care. I put on many different hats in my daily life: a self-care coach, a dancer and an educator. I am currently pursuing my final year of Masters degree in Counselling with the background of a Bachelor degree in Psychology. On days when I need to hit the reset button, I love heading to the beach to keep myself grounded. At M I N C. CARE, I am committed to help your breakthrough your limiting beliefs and fall in love with who you TRULY are.
